Typically 5+ years of relevant team experience in an occupation or industry; current or previous management experience.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
03 / Senior managers
For senior leaders who guide organizational learning and can use the RBLP Framework to develop and deliver leadership training.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE
Typically 10+ years of relevant team experience in an occupation or industry; current or previous senior management experience.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EXAM PREP & CERTIFICATION
Exam preparation supports candidates as they reflect on their leadership experience and rehearse for the oral exam. Available training bundles may pair exam preparation with the certification exam voucher; the bundle, level, and current fees depend on availability.
